Aluminum coil lacquering plant
Another revamping of a plant was successfully completed.
After only 4 weeks of stop and the replacement of all the main components (drives, motors, PLC section,HMI system, etc.) the aluminum coil lacquering plant, at the company OMIAL Novi doo, of the Aluflexpack group, in Omis (HR), is again in full speed production, with a significant increase in performance, safety and reliability.
This was made possible thanks to the project carried out by K&G s.n.c. and the intervention of its team of specialized technicians, with the use of remote control stations and safety controls in Profinet fieldbus, the connection of HMI systems with the company network and remote assistance and maintenance.
The in-depth study of the customer's needs, the use of modern and innovative systems and a planning aimed at the desired objectives allow us to obtain optimal results, with an absolutely competitive cost, both economic and logistic.
Paper slitter
The commissioning of the last born in the K&G house has been completed. A paper / cardboard slitter from 50 to 400 gr, with a utility up to 1700 mm and a max working speed of 800 mt / min. The peculiarity of this innovative machine is that it is completely automatic: the automatic unloading of the finished reel, the gluing and closing of the finished reel and the heading and restarting of the next reel, the weighing of the finished reel and the automatic adjustment of the length of the new reel to obtain the set weight, automatic loading of the cardboard core directly from the storage pallet, wrapping and packaging of the unloaded reel as well as palletizing with a dedicated robot.
Thanks to a targeted design and the use of the latest generation components, the machine allows quality production with the reduction to zero of downtime.
The collaboration of our partner, H7 Group, was also fundamental for the realization of the mechanical part and the 3D simulation of the automatic sequences.
Once again the preparation and specialization of our technicians, as well as the close interaction with the customer, has allowed us to achieve success in the construction of a modern and performing system.
Double shaft cutter
Commissioning, at the end customer AluflexPack Novi d.o.o of Drnis (HR), another double shaft cutter mod. TR-M2T.
Working width 1400mm, unwinding diameter 1300mm x 3500Kg, rewinding diameter 800mm x 900Kg (per shaft), maximum working speed 600mt / min.
Another success for the collaboration between two small companies such as K&G and H7 Group, which are increasingly establishing themselves as privileged suppliers of large industrial groups in the flexible packaging sector, national and international.
